Seasonal veggies that are roasted in aromatic moroccan spices like cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, cloves, fennel & nutmeg to enhance their flavour before being slowly cooked with black turtle beans into a rich tomato red pepper sauce. The toasted almonds and fragrant oil liberally poured on top make the perfect addition making this an astonishingly tasty and fulfilling meal.
